Gary D. Jander
Partner Gary D. Jander specializes in initiating and managing complex estate and trust disputes, including litigation centered on incapacity, undue influence, and elder abuse under the California Welfare and Institutions and Probate Codes.
Gary’s award-winning work also involves trust and estate planning, probate litigation, business entity planning and formation, and tax problem resolution. He represents clients in post-death administration, guardianship, and conservatorship matters. Additionally, he serves as a private mediator and Pro Tem Judge, helping to resolve probate court disputes.
