Gary D. Jander

Retired Gary D. Jander specializes in complex estate and trust matters, with a focus on litigation involving incapacity, undue influence, and elder abuse. His award-winning work also encompasses trust and estate planning, probate litigation, business entity formation, and tax problem resolution.

Gary’s experience as a Pro Tem Judge gives his clients a strategic advantage, allowing him to navigate probate disputes more effectively, anticipate challenges, and resolve high-conflict matters.

Beyond individual representation, Gary also consults with fiduciaries, trust officers, CPAs, and financial planners. He provides estate, business, and tax planning advice and prepares California and U.S. fiduciary and estate tax returns. This breadth of experience makes him a versatile legal expert.

He is also a dedicated community volunteer and member of numerous organizations, including Jaycees, NFLPA Retired, Kiwanis International, the Grantville Stakeholder Community Planning Group, the San Carlos Library Community Planning Group, and others.
