Gary D. Jander

Partner Gary D. Jander specializes in complex estate and trust matters, with a focus on litigation involving incapacity, undue influence, and elder abuse. His award-winning work also covers trust and estate planning, probate litigation, business entity formation, and tax problem resolution.

Gary's experience as a Pro Tem Judge gives his clients a strategic advantage, allowing him to navigate probate disputes more effectively, anticipate challenges, and resolve high-conflict disputes.

Beyond individual representation, Gary also consults with fiduciaries, trust officers, CPAs, and financial planners. He provides estate, business, and tax planning advice and prepares California and U.S. fiduciary and estate tax returns. This broad expertise makes Gary a versatile legal expert.
