Jacklyn Alvarez

Attorney Jacklyn Alvarez brings four years of combined legal experience to the Brierton, Jones & Jones, LLP team. Drawing on her background in estate planning and her experience with the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office and Public Defender’s Office, Jacklyn focuses her practice on trust and estate litigation, as well as contested conservatorships and guardianships.

Fluent in Spanish, Jacklyn has assisted many native speakers in trust, estate, and criminal matters. She is committed to clear communication, skilled at distilling complex legal issues into simple language, and dedicated to empowering clients to make informed decisions.
