Partner Ricsie M. Hernandez brings nearly a decade of focused legal experience to Brierton, Jones & Jones. Since joining the firm in 2016, Ricsie has specialized in probate, trust, and estate litigation, drawing on her extensive background in the field.

Her diverse experience includes serving as a judicial extern and court operations clerk at the San Diego Superior Court, working at a local estate planning and probate law office, and volunteering at the Legal Aid Society Conservatorship Clinic.

With an approach that centers on clear communication and personal connection, Ricsie is committed to guiding clients through complex and emotionally challenging trust and estate matters with commitment, competence, and compassion.
