Rebecca M. Fletes

Associate Attorney
Rebecca M. Fletes

Rebecca joined BJJ in November 2025, where she focuses on probate, conservatorships, and guardianships. Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca gained four years of hands-on legal experience as a law student at an estate planning firm, serving as a law clerk from September 2021 through May 2025. During that time, she worked in a client services role and later transitioned into drafting estate planning documents, developing a strong foundation in both client interaction and technical legal work. After graduation, she further expanded her experience as a post-bar law clerk at a trust and estate litigation firm.

Known for a patient, understanding, and solution-oriented approach, Rebecca takes the time to listen carefully to clients’ concerns and works efficiently to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience. She believes that successful client relationships are built on clear communication, empathy, and a genuine willingness to help, and consistently brings a positive attitude to every interaction.

Although new to this area of practice, Rebecca brings an eagerness to learn and a strong commitment to handling matters thoughtfully and correctly. She is especially motivated by the opportunity to work closely with clients during sensitive moments, finding fulfillment in providing guidance, clarity, and support—even in brief interactions. Her background in both client-facing roles and document drafting allows Rebecca to balance empathy with precision, ensuring clients feel heard while their legal matters are handled with care.
