Ashley E. Rathbun

Ashley E. Rathbun, also known as Ashley McGill, brings 13 years of specialized legal experience to the firm. Since joining the team in 2016, her legal focus has been on estate planning, trust administration, probate, and estate and gift taxation.

Ashley's unique ability to blend compassion with expertise has proven invaluable—particularly when helping clients successfully navigate complex estate issues, including IRS audits, in the wake of family loss.

Ashley has served as the Chair of the Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law Section of the San Diego County Bar Association. She has also been recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in Estate Planning and Probate from 2019 through 2023.
